By accessing and using the services of Michanical Media, you agree to comply with the following conditions. These rules define the rights and obligations of both parties.
Michanical Media offers multimedia design services, visual interface development, and digital communication consulting. The specific scope of each project is detailed in the agreement signed between the parties.
The client agrees to provide the information, materials, and necessary access for the execution of the project within the agreed timelines. Any delay in the delivery of these resources may modify the established schedule.
Intellectual property rights over the final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment. Michanical Media retains the right to display the work performed in its portfolio, unless an explicit confidentiality agreement exists.
Michanical Media shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use of the services provided. The maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project in the last six months.
Any modification to the initial scope will require a new written quote. The client may cancel the project with 15 days' notice; in that case, work performed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced.
These terms may be updated by Michanical Media at any time. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via the registered email address. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions.
